We tap virtually every referral, print, electronic, broadcast and community resource available — including schools, churches, job fairs and other resources. Wherever we find them, once a candidate enters our door, we make sure that person has the right skills, training and attitude before entering yours.
Evaluation and Screening...choosing the best candidates.
We go to extraordinary measures to screen candidates with an in-depth application and interview process that can be personalized for you. Basic computer, technical skills and other evaluative testing is used, depending on the position being filled. And, in addition to the reference, experience and educational background screening you'd expect, we can conduct optional drug screening, multi-state criminal background and motor vehicle checks if needed.
Our process includes:
- Previous work experience, education, skills and availability
- Evaluative interview
- Evaluative testing, including: electronic assembly, peg board evaluation for speed and dexterity, problem-solving, computer programming skills
- Task questionnaire to assess capabilities and restrictions
- Reference checking and verification
- Social Security and citizenship verification
