INCENTIVE BONUSES
These programs are created to benefit current and/or new employees throughout the year.

VACATION PAY
Employees earn 40 hours of vacation after 2,000 hours of work within 18 months. There is no charge to the client.

PAID HOLIDAYS
After working 2,000 hours within 18 months, employees are paid for five legal holidays per year.

REFERRAL BONUSES
With our "Bolder Bucks" Program, we pay a bonus of $50 or more to any employee who refers someone who then works 40 hours for us.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING
Our ongoing skill-building programs are available to all employees.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
Available to all employees.
